Reddit gives advertisers the option to include call-to-action buttons in ads

Reddit rolled out a new ad feature today, giving advertisers the option to include a call-to-action (CTA) button within ads. According to a post on the platform’s r/redditads subreddit, advertisers can choose from 13 different CTA copy options, including Download and Install, which is great for app marketers looking to incorporate Reddit into their marketing mix. Also worth nothing that their ad units look a lot like Facebook, which we know is a good thing.

Last week, Instagram launched IGTV - a new service that allows users to upload videos longer than the typical 60-second duration or 15-second duration for Instagram "stories."  This post offers some practical tips to consider when it comes to optimising creative content for the new channel.
