Why we’re looking forward to Gamescom 2018…
Gamescom is back and bigger than ever this year. In two weeks time, game developers from far and wide will descend upon Cologne to unveil their shiny new titles. We’ll be trudging the exhibition halls having conversations with those in charge of acquiring new users to their mobile games. We’ll be shedding light on how we can transform their fragmented campaign and attribution data into unified ROI insight.
August 22nd brings a day of talks and discussions from the brightest minds in the gaming industry. Here’s what I’m looking forward to the most:
1. When a game becomes a brand universe

2. Let’s be frank: How much does an influencer cost?
Influencer marketing is not new. It’s been around for many years. This year it’s become a hot topic for marketers – most likely because we’re realising how powerful it really is, particularly as an alternative to traditional advertising. By night, we grease the wheels over (hopefully) cold beers, meet people, share ideas and have a jolly old time.
