Frequently Asked Questions

No, an app is considered a title, so the same app across iOS and Android would count as a single app.

There is no spend limit on “Starter”. For other packages we have spend tiers so that you can always predict the cost. Also, the percentage of spend charged reduces as your spend grows to deliver economies of scale as you increase spend.

There is no spend allowance for “Starter”. However, for other plans we have overage allowances for when you overspend e.g. during seasonal peaks. However, at a certain point it makes sense to upgrade to the next tier as the percentage of spend will reduce if you move up a tier and will ultimately be cheaper to you.

That’s not a problem. If the integrations required are included in your existing package they will be added free of charge. If they aren’t included in your existing package we’ll work on moving you to the right package to fit your new requirements.

There is no contract length with Starter. For other plans we offer a three month pilot. After the initial pilot we ask for a 1 year commitment.
